Here at Out West BBQ, we’re a small crew of Phoenix-based barbecue fanatics with a simple mission: to test the latest and greatest in BBQ equipment and tools. We put grills, smokers, thermometers, and everything in between through their paces to find out what really works. We love the sizzle, the smoke, and the whole art of outdoor cooking. We share our findings so you can spend less time guessing and more time grilling.
